All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for Ticket(s) and/or space(s) purchased through this website will be made. Tri-State Swap Meet is entitled
to retain all fees for services that it performs in handling orders.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond Tri-State Swap Meet control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following:
local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. This event will be held regardless of
rain, snow, or freezing temperatures. All rights reserved. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond Tri-State Swap Meet’s control,
Tri-State Swap Meet reserves the right to decide whether or not to issue a full or partial refund (limited to the face value of the ticket/space).
Convenience and delivery fees will not be refunded. By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, you agree to pay the full price of the
Ticket(s) and/or space(s) you have ordered, including delivery, convenience and other fees, as described in your purchase confirmation.
